Shipping Requirements:
Credit Card Orders: Shipping Address Requirements: *All Credit Card orders are required to ship to the billing address of the cardholder. Phone orders paid by ACH Debit or wire transfers can be drop shipped to your alternate address. All UPS, Fed Ex and USPS shipment charges are calculated in the cart checkout. All shipments over $300.00 will be shipped SIGNATURE required.
Receipt of Delivery: Please inspect your package(s) before signing to receive the item. If you receive a package that is damaged, please refuse the item for a full refund. Once you have signed for a package(s) they can no longer be returned for shipping damage. (at that point its to late to make a claim) Please remember, All orders over $300.00 will be shipped signature is required
Available Services: Upon checkout of your order, you can choose Local Delivery, LTL Freight, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Delivery. All Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders will receive top priority and must be placed before 12PM on that given day.
Preferred Carrier/LTL Freight... All dimensional weight items over 90lbs will be shipped LTL freight. All LTL Freight orders are determined by dimensional shipping weights and are listed in the checkout area.
Insurance: We can insure your item if you wish. Please call customer service @ 714-777-1200 for a quote.
Customer Will Call: If you prefer to choose your own shipping carrier, we can take your order over the phone. The billing and shipping must match your BOL. BOL is required 24 - 48 hours before pick-up can be arranged. Special order items will vary. Wire transfer orders can have alternate billing shipping addresses ($500.00 minimum on wire transfer orders).
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders: TC Pool Equipment Co. and our warehouse distributors make every effort to choose the best carrier for your order. If your item is lost, damaged or delayed it is the sole responsibility of the carrier. In some expedited orders, the carrier may give us a partial refund if the timing was not as agreed.
*If you need to drop ship your items to an alternate address, Pay Pal offers an alternate ship-to-confirmation service. You may be required to have a PayPal account for this option, you will be required to register your alternate address with Pay Pal for the address confirmation. On some approved commercial orders, we will allow an alternate shipping address if a PO box is the billing address.
TC Pool Equipment Co. will make every effort to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM Pacific Time, weekdays the same day, or within 48 hours during normal business days.
Shipping out of the country is not available.
